Marc Cohen is one of the original founders of Chateau Garage and for some reason has stuck around ever since.  He currently is fermentation maven and bottle-washer-in-chief.  Prior to this position he was the focal point for all issues Brettanomyces.  Stuck fermentations, pressings, parties and irrecoverable accidents occur in his garage.  He prefers Pinot Noir to Cabernet, Chardonnay to Sauvignon Blanc, and almost anything to Petite Sirah, which he considers ponderous.  His work career was in engineering, which explains why his artistic rating hovers at 2%.
