Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Carol makes her home in Los Altos, California, where she is the proprietor of a thriving interior design firm.  Her specialty is residential design with a focus on kitchen & bath remodel.  Coincidentally, quite a few of her projects have included wine cellar design and construction.

Carol’s “wine industry” involvement has primarily been on the consumption side for most of her adult life. Her 20+ year relationship with Marc, Sam and Tony eventually led to her being granted full partner status in Chateau Garage where she is learning the art of winemaking.

On the tasting side, Carol enjoys a smooth, buttery Chardonnay and an infrequent Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. Occasionally she’ll even venture into the world of reds, preferring a Merlot or Pinot Noir.
